Frank Amoore (possibly b. 16 February 1879 in Ulcombe, Kent, d. 1971), of Dover, Kent, built a monoplane in 1913, but it was apparently uncompleted.

The Amoore Aero Syndicate, possibly associated with Frank Amoore, was liquidated on 7 June 1918.

Production Details and Type Description

Amoore Monoplane
Monoplane, fabricated mainly of light steel tubing, under construction late 1913 and early 1914. It incorporated a lateral pendulum arrangement to maintain the occupant in a perpendicular attitude, by supporting the pilot's nacelle on swinging links below the mainplane. One 80-h.p. Dutheil-Chalmers powerplant.
