History
William Ewart Harold Bazeley was born on 24 June 1882 at Ecton, Northamptonshire, the son of Edwin and Susan Bazeley (née Desborough), and is recorded as living in Scarning, East Dereham, in 1911. A motor mechanic, he described himself as "dabbling with aviation as a hobby" and built several models, small gliders, etc., from illustrations in The Aero. In 1910 a full size glider was under construction.
Nothing else is known and the machine presumably did not fly.
During WWI, William Bazeley served in the Royal Field Artillery from 20 July 1915 to 11 May 1919. He died in April 1960 in Norwich, Norfolk.
