.History

In October 2007, John Edgley, together with three former employees of the original Edgley Aircraft Limited, established a new company called AeroElvira Limited in Tisbury, regaining the design rights plus the jigs and tools for the Optica along with buying the rights to the Trago Mills/FLS SAH-1 Sprint from their previous owners British Light Aircraft, the last of a series of companies which had been unsuccessful in their intention to return both to production. Optica rights transferred soon thereafter to John Edgley, while AeroElvira retains Sprint. The intention is to license production of both aircraft.
