History

According to Reg G. Austin [1], who had developed the Sprite while at M.L. Aviation, AeRobotics Ltd. (formed 25 July 1996) obtained an option on the intellectual property rights of the Sprite UAV from its original developers, ML Aviation Ltd. It planned to put Sprite back into production with updated electronics under the name Sprite 2000, but nothing seems to have come of these plans.
